Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Academic background (or equivalent) in Information Technology
- Solid professional experience in the field
- Rigorous and autonomous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong collaborative mindset
- Leadership
- Advanced level in French and English
- Good knowledge on ServiceNow
- Knowledge on Ctrl M will be appreciated
- Knowledge on VersionOne and SAP is a plus
- Experience on application management
- Knowledge on Aircraft Technical Data/Documentation on Maintenance, Engineering will be well appreciated
Responsabilités
- IT Operation specialist (Run mode) on applications
- Incidents tracking, follow-up and escalation (follow-up meeting, escalation to management, crisis meeting)
- Ensure that incidents process is correctly applied in the PSL and process improvements (Awareness, Audits)
- Regular meetings with L2 and L3 support teams
- Provide KPIs and analysis
- Report to management major risks or issues
