Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Academic Background in IT
- Solid experience in Business IT projects, and team lead
- Knowledge of PLM at Airbus strategy and history
- Ideally, knowledge of Design, Manufacturing, Support and Services domains, Configuration Management, Quality
- Ability to synthesize and arbitrate
- Ability to inspire and drive improvement & innovation
- Good communication skills
- Customer and stakeholder management skills
- Language skills: advanced level of English
Responsabilités
- Taking part to E2E PLM Portfolio in the frame of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) - Enterprise Architect or Functional Architect - in order to contribute to the elaboration of the Portfolio Roadmap
- Lead Functional Domain Urbanists and Architects in order to sustain the portfolio and programmes roadmaps. Ensure digital transformation objectives are integrated and correctly translated
- Ensure consistent methodologies compliant with large Solution process, anticipate workforce sizing, consistent involvement of Design Authority and continuously propose improvements
- Managing cross domains and cross Business Units Customer relationships (Programs, Process Owner and Process Operator)
- Defining, reviewing future IS architecture and strategy
- Ensure accurate engagement of product enhancements with editor
- Contribute to inflow governance and prioritization
