- Proficiency in secure implementation for an aeronautical embedded context, including robust defense mechanisms, secure boot, cryptographic key management, hardware root of trust, trusted execution environments, and software isolation.
- Experience with offensive security tools and methodologies, including fuzzing, penetration testing, and specialized SAST and DAST tools for embedded systems.
- Strong understanding of secure coding principles and core cybersecurity certifications (ED-203/DO-356A & ED-202A/DO-326A).
- Embedded software skills with confirmed experience in the V-cycle of critical real-time software development, especially with DO-178C certification constraints (DAL-A to DAL-E).
- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly C in an embedded context.
- Knowledge of software engineering methods and tools within a standard DEVOPS environment.
- Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and the ability to communicate complex security issues effectively to various audiences.
- This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance.

Responsabilités
- Lead and manage all mandatory cybersecurity activities throughout the software development lifecycle, including threat modeling, security requirement implementation, verification, and formal demonstration.
- Serve as the cybersecurity technical reference, mentoring and supporting the software team in adopting best practices for secure coding and design principles.
- Propose resilient, reusable, and optimized security architectures and software solutions, balancing customer requirements with security constraints and real-time performance goals.
- Support the development of embedded real-time software, from high-level specifications to integration and validation on definitive hardware.
- Conduct integration and verification activities using tools such as probes, bus analyzers, and emulators.
- Manage support activities such as failure report analysis and responding to technical requests.
- Improve working methods and introduce new design solutions and technologies.
- Define, monitor, and validate subcontracted activities and deliverables in line with management rules.
- Ensure that activities are managed according to the expected schedule, budget, and quality.
- Participate in improving departmental performance.
