Exigences

Obligatoire:
- Proven experience with Flight Management System (FMS) architectures and concepts. - Deep understanding of 3D Trajectory Calculation, Prediction, and Guidance implementation challenges. - Practical experience manipulating geometrical reference frames (e.g., WGS84, ECEF, Mercator) in an embedded context. - Experience implementing and verifying graph traversal algorithms used in route/pathfinding optimization. - Expertise with avionics database formats (e.g., Terrain, Navigation and Performance). - Knowledge of database generation processes and efficient, low-level data access methods from embedded code. - Experience in Critical Real-Time embedded software development with the DO-178C certification process (DAL A to E). - Mastery of the C language (C99/C11 standards) for low-level embedded development, including memory and real-time optimization. - Familiarity with software engineering methods and tools (standard DevOps environment in a high-integrity setting). - Knowledge of formal verification or model checking techniques (additional asset). - Prior experience defining and monitoring subcontracted software activities (additional asset). - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Open mindset and analytical approach to problem-solving. - Advanced level of English and French is required.

Responsabilités

- Design, implement, and verify complex 3D Trajectory Prediction Computation and Monitoring algorithms (Guidance and Navigation). - Act as the technical expert for integrating and managing critical Avionics Databases, focusing on terrain, navigation and performance data formats, generation, and efficient access from the embedded code. - Develop embedded real-time software following the entire development V-cycle, from high-level specification analysis to final validation on definitive hardware. - Analyze high-level system requirements to define clear, challenged software specifications, proposing robust and modular architectural solutions. - Achieve the integration and verification activities with the hardware using specialized test means such as probes, bus analyzers, emulators, and/or with simulated environments. - Ensure related support activities: failure report analysis and responding to technical requests. - Drive continuous improvement in software engineering processes and tooling (DevOps), introducing advanced algorithms or technologies to enhance system performance. - Define, follow up, and acceptance of subcontracted activities and deliverables in conformity with management rules. - Participate in software Chamber of Reference activities such as assessments of Airbus equipment suppliers.
