Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Real-Time Software Development with proven familiarity with the DO-178C certification process
- Strong experience in Avionics Datalink Systems, including in-depth knowledge of ATN and ACARS protocols
- Practical experience with Data Serialization (ASN.1) for complex message processing
- Mastery of the C language for embedded development, including optimization techniques for memory and real-time performance
- Solid experience with Software Engineering practices and tools (version control, continuous integration, and standard DEVOPS workflows)
- Open mindset and good communication skills
- Advanced level of English and French is required
- Familiarity with ARINC 618 and ARINC 619 specifications
- Understanding of security challenges related to Air-Ground data link communications is a plus
- Experience in a high-integrity development setting
Responsabilités
- Actively drive and participate in the detailed design, coding, and verification of real-time software modules for Datalink systems
- Ensure end-to-end integration of software with target hardware and test benches, validating real-time performance and reliability of communications
- Act as the technical Subject Matter Specialist on ATN/ACARS protocols and mentor junior profiles within the team
- Analyze failure reports and respond to technical requests
- Improve working methods; propose new design solutions and technologies
- Define, follow-up, and receipt subcontracted activities and deliverables in accordance with management rules
- Manage activities according to expected schedule, budget, and quality
- Participate in the improvement of departmental performance
