Exigences
Obligatoire:
- In-Depth expertise in Avionics Datalink Standards (Mandatory)
- Practical mastery of ATN and ACARS protocols, including detailed knowledge of ARINC 618 and ARINC 619 specifications
- Practical experience with Data Serialization (ASN.1) for complex message processing, specifically CPDLC PDUs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Real-Time Software Development with proven familiarity with the DO-178C certification process
- Mastery of the C language for embedded development, including optimization techniques for memory and real-time performance
- Solid experience with Software Engineering practices and tools (including version control, continuous integration, and standard DEVOPS workflows) in a high-integrity development setting
- Strong communication skills and team working
- Advanced level of English and French required
- Familiarity with avionics security standards (ED-202A/DO326A & ED-203A/DO356A) is a plus
- Awareness of security challenges related to Air-Ground data link communications
Responsabilités
- Actively drive and participate in the detailed design, coding, and verification of real-time software modules for Datalink systems
- Develop embedded real-time software following the development process from high-level specification analysis to integration and validation on definitive hardware
- Ensure end-to-end integration of the software with target hardware and advanced test benches
- Validate the real-time performance and reliability of communications
- Act as the technical Subject Matter Specialist on ATN/ACARS protocols and Data Serialization (ASN.1)
- Mentor junior profiles within the team and ensure sustainability of technical know-how
- Manage related support activities: failure report analysis and response to technical requests
- Improve working processes; bring new design solutions and technologies
- Define, follow-up, and receipt subcontracted activities and deliverables in accordance with subcontracting management rules
- Manage activities following the expected schedule, budget, and quality
- Participate in the improvement of department performance
