- Strong experience in Avionics Datalink with in-depth knowledge of ATN and ACARS protocols and architectures.
- Mastery of Data Serialization techniques, particularly ASN.1, and experience processing complex ATC messages (e.g., CPDLC Protocol Data Units - PDUs).
- Familiarity with ARINC 618 and ARINC 619 specifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Real-Time Software Development with proven familiarity with the DO-178C certification process.
- Mastery of the C language for embedded development, including optimization techniques for memory and real-time performance.
- Solid experience with Software Engineering practices and tools, including version control and continuous integration.
- Open mindset, good communication skills, and strong team collaboration.
- Advanced level of English and French.
- This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.

Responsabilités
- Drive and participate in the detailed design, coding, and verification of real-time software modules for Datalink systems.
- Ensure compliance with communication standards (ATN, ACARS, CPDLC).
- Develop embedded real-time software from high-level specification analysis to validation on hardware.
- Ensure end-to-end integration of software with target hardware and validate communication performance.
- Act as a Subject Matter Specialist on ATN/ACARS protocols and mentor junior team members.
- Manage failure report analysis and respond to technical requests.
- Improve working methods and bring new design solutions.
- Define and manage subcontracted activities and deliverables in compliance with management rules.
- Participate in the performance improvement of the department.
