- Strong experience in Avionics Datalink with deep knowledge and practical experience of ATN and ACARS protocols and architectures.
- Mastery of Data Serialization techniques, particularly ASN.1, and experience processing complex ATC messages (e.g., CPDLC Protocol Data Units - PDUs).
- Familiarity with ARINC 618 and ARINC 619 technical specifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Real-Time Software Development, with proven familiarity with the DO-178C certification process.
- Proficient in critical real-time embedded software development versus certification (DO-178C, DAL A to E).
- Mastery of the C language for embedded development, including optimization techniques for memory and real-time performance.
- Solid experience with Software Engineering practices and tools in a high-integrity development setting.
- Open-mindedness, good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
- An advanced level of English and French is required.

Responsabilités
- Actively drive and participate in detailed design, coding, and verification (up to DAL C) of real-time software modules for Datalink systems.
- Ensure end-to-end integration of the software with target hardware and advanced test benches, validating real-time performance and reliability of communications.
- Mentor junior profiles within the team as a technical Subject Matter Specialist on ATN/ACARS protocols and Data Serialization (ASN.1).
- Conduct failure report analysis and respond to technical requests, ensuring related support activities.
- Improve ways of working by introducing new design solutions and technologies.
- Define, follow-up, and ensure compliance with subcontracted activities and deliverables.
- Manage activities according to expected schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives.
