Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Real-Time Software Development with proven familiarity with the DO-178C certification process.
- In-Depth knowledge and practical experience with ATN and ACARS protocols and architectures.
- Mastery of Data Serialization techniques, notably ASN.1 (Abstract Syntax Notation One), and experience processing complex ATC messages (e.g., CPDLC Protocol Data Units - PDUs).
- Familiarity with technical specifications: ARINC 618 and ARINC 619.
- Mastery of the C language for embedded development, including optimization techniques for memory and real-time performance.
- Solid experience with Software Engineering practices and tools (including version control, continuous integration, and standard DEVOPS workflows) in a high-integrity development setting.
- Open mindset, good communication skills, and good team working.
- Advanced level of English and French.
- Additional assets include understanding of security challenges related to the integrity, authentication, and resilience of Air-Ground data link communications and familiarity with avionics security standards (ED-202A /DO326A & ED-203A/DO356A).
Responsabilités
- Actively drive and participate in the detailed design, coding, and verification (up to DAL C) of real-time software modules for our Datalink systems.
- Ensure full compliance with communication standards (ATN, ACARS, CPDLC).
- Develop embedded real-time software following development process from high-level specification analysis to integration and validation on definitive hardware.
- Ensure end-to-end integration of the software with the target hardware and advanced test benches (Bus Analyzers, Radio Link Simulators, etc.).
- Validate the real-time performance and reliability of communications.
- Act as the technical Subject Matter Specialist on ATN/ACARS protocols and Data Serialization (ASN.1) to mentor junior profiles within the team and ensure the sustainability of technical know-how.
- Ensure related support activity: failure report analysis and answer to technical requests.
- Improve ways of working; bring new design solutions and technologies.
- Define, follow-up, and receipt subcontracted activities and deliverables in conformity with subcontracting management rules.
- Manage activities following the expected schedule, budget, and quality.
- Participate in the improvement of the Department performance.
