Exigences
Obligatoire:
- At least 5 years of experience in Business IT projects
- Proven experience in Software Architecture and Development
- Ideally, proven experience with PLM, Digital, Flight Test, and/or Avionics
- Strong knowledge of Design, Engineering, and Digital Processes
- Good communication skills
- Customer and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced level of French and English language skills
Responsabilités
- Drive the E2E PLM Portfolio roadmap as an Enterprise/Functional Architect
- Define IS convergence strategies for Large Solutions
- Design and communicate a shared technical vision
- Build the Architectural Runway to sustain long-term business value
- Partner with Solution Train Engineers and Product Management to steer operational delivery
- Coordinate across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for seamless System Integration
- Lead architecture boards and facilitate key SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning
- Secure project milestones by providing deep functional expertise
- Manage supplier team performance and scale architectural activities
