Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web development or site administration, ideally with a security focus.
- Bac +2/3 or higher in computer science/web development/DevSecOps.
- Strong foundation in web security/DevSecOps (vulnerability management, securing, GDPR).
- Good mastery of web development (PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS), REST APIs, Linux environments, and MySQL databases.
- Experience in technical management of websites and multisite environments (CMS like WordPress, hosting, DNS, certificates, deployments).
- Familiarity with versioning tools (Git).
- Ability to work with non-technical business teams.
- Professional English and good project culture.
- Recognized for teamwork, pedagogical skills, rigor, and autonomy.
- Proactive in incident management with a strong sense of priorities.
- Ability to anticipate problems and propose improvements.
Responsabilités
- Maintain and evolve our websites (including corporate, career, client, and collaborative sites).
- Integrate security at every stage of the site lifecycle, according to best standards and group recommendations (updates, patches, data protection, GDPR compliance).
- Work with the IT department on hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, access management, and deployments.
- Optimize performance and user experience: speed, ergonomics, mobile.
- Participate in technical SEO and content structuring with the marketing teams.
- Contribute to site performance using our web analytics platform (Matomo currently).
- Document procedures and ensure clear reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, communication, HR, and IT teams to ensure project efficiency and coherence.

We are looking for a Web Developer to strengthen our digital team. You will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and evolving our strategic websites that support our image, recruitment, internal communication, and lead generation. This position is a permanent contract, executive status, based in Paris with a salary range of 35/40K€. We offer a strategic role at the heart of Armatiss digital transformation, the opportunity to work on international and diverse projects (redesigns, multilingual optimization, complex integrations), and a collaborative environment among technical experts and business teams.
