Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Finalizing a Master’s Degree (in Engineering and/or project management)
- Knowledge in project & performance management is a plus
- Knowledge in aeronautical engineering is a plus
- Knowledge in database management, IT support and network, algorithms & coding is a real advantage
- Experience or knowledge in numerical tools such as Power BI, excel (vba) & Sharepoint
- Good skills in the usage of MS Office package
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Good sense of organization and coordination skills
- Autonomous & curious
- Good communication skills
- Good problem solving method and tools
- Good flexibility & creativity
- Proficiency in English & French (Italian is a plus)
Responsabilités
- Support the team in the management & enhancement of its performances (technical subject follow-up)
- Conduct data analysis (knowledge database of all existing technical subjects on the fleet)
- Improve/rework the IT tools that we use : Sharepoint - SPOT - Power BI
- Understand the process to follow and resolve technical subjects
- Analyze & draw an overview of the team’s performances
- Propose improvements on the current working process and their IT working tools to automatize some processes and increase global performance
- Coordinate the contributions of the Engineering, Quality, Program and Procurement directorates to ensure efficient deployment of technical support actions towards ATR operators
