Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Finalizing a Master’s Degree (in Engineering and/or project management)
- Knowledge in project & performance management is a plus.
- Knowledge in aeronautical engineering is a plus.
- Knowledge in database management, IT support and network, algorithms & coding is a real advantage.
- Experience or knowledge in numerical tools such as Power BI, Excel (VBA) & SharePoint.
- Good skills in the usage of MS Office package.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Good sense of organization and coordination skills.
- Autonomous & curious.
- Good communication skills.
- Good problem-solving methods and tools.
- Good flexibility & creativity.
- English & French required (Italian is a plus).
Responsabilités
- Support the team in the management & enhancement of its performances (technical subject follow-up): data analysis (knowledge database of all existing technical subjects on the fleet) and improve/rework the IT tools that we use: SharePoint - SPOT - Power BI.
- Understand the process to follow and resolve technical subjects.
- Analyze & draw an overview of the team’s performances.
- Propose improvements on the current working process and their IT working tools to automatize some processes and increase global performance.
- Coordinate the contributions of the Engineering, Quality, Program, and Procurement directorates to ensure an efficient deployment of technical support actions towards ATR operators.
