Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Finalizing a Master’s Degree (in Engineering and/or project management)
- Knowledge in project & performance management is a plus
- Knowledge in aeronautical engineering is a plus
- Knowledge in database management, IT support and network, algorithms & coding is a real advantage
- Experience or knowledge in numerical tools such as Power BI, excel (vba) & Sharepoint
- Good skills in the usage of the MS Office package
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Good sense of organization and coordination skills
- Autonomous & curious
- Good communication skills
- Good problem-solving method and tools
- Good flexibility & creativity
- English & French (Italian is a plus)
Responsabilités
- Support the team in managing and enhancing its performances (technical subject follow-up)
- Conduct data analysis to improve/rework IT tools used (Sharepoint, SPOT, Power BI)
- Understand the process to follow and resolve technical subjects
- Analyze & draw an overview of the team’s performances
- Propose improvements on current working processes and IT tools to automate processes and increase global performance
- Coordinate contributions from the Engineering, Quality, Program, and Procurement directorates for efficient technical support actions towards ATR operators
