Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Background in metallurgy, boiler-making, or industrial piping
- Experience in industrial environments and construction sites
- Comfortable with IT tools (no need to be a developer)
- Confident in a training role
- Intermediate English at minimum preferred
- Key qualities: teaching ability, analytical mindset, hands-on approach, and mobility
Responsabilités
- Act as the Boctrack reference point
- Report to the Head of Construction Business Unit
- Travel within France and internationally (Portugal, UK)
- Update and distribute existing user manuals
- Provide first-level support (resolving usage-related issues)
- Audit field practices and suggest improvements
- Plan and deliver training sessions for site teams across France
- Manage user access and licences
- Ensure the integrity of libraries
- Create new modules tailored to construction activities (project creation, article references, etc.)
- Gather new user requirements and communicate them to developers
- Test new functionalities with developers before release
- Collaborate with the purchasing team for necessary equipment (tablets, printers, etc.)
- Promote the software internally and during client presentations or trade shows

We are looking for a Software Deployment & Training Manager to lead the deployment of our internal software Boctrack across all Boccard projects. Boctrack is a 100% in-house developed tool designed to optimize the management and traceability of industrial projects, offering key features for productivity and transparency. This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for travel and hands-on involvement in training and deployment, aimed at enhancing our operations both nationally and internationally.
