Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or related fields
- Strong understanding of strategic and operational management in cybersecurity
- Proven ability to foster relationships with C-level clients and influence decision-makers
- Excellent business acumen with a focus on profitability and growth
- Experience in project management and financial oversight
- Ability to recruit and develop talent to meet business needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and adaptable, with a focus on aligning with corporate goals
Responsabilités
- Define and implement the operational strategy for the cybersecurity activity
- Ensure the strategic orientations and technologies align with the technical lead and management
- Drive growth and profitability of the cybersecurity business
- Develop relationships with existing clients and pursue new client opportunities
- Represent CNS at the executive level, facilitating business action plans
- Strengthen the economic activities within client accounts in collaboration with the sales team
- Control pricing strategies and monitor financial performance in designated areas
- Participate in staffing of consultants for cybersecurity projects globally
- Coordinate the execution of services and ensure adherence to business plans
- Identify recruitment needs and participate in interview processes for talent acquisition
