Obligatoire:
We are looking for a candidate who holds a BAC+5 degree and has at least 3 years of experience, preferably in a B2B environment or business service industry. You should be a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a good sense of synthesis. We value autonomy, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset. You should enjoy working in a team, especially in a change management context. Your expertise with data analysis tools and SQL Server/Power BI queries is essential, as is your proficiency in Excel.
Responsabilités
As a Data Analyst, you will support the commercial team, particularly the National Key Account Managers, by providing data and proposing solutions for user-friendly reporting (Excel, SQL database, Power BI). You will ensure the proper structure of client data in our information system to maintain effective tracking of our clients and associated KPIs, participating in data cleansing campaigns as needed. You will contribute to improving processes for data collection and maintaining the reliability of Excel dashboards and SQL databases. Additionally, you will assist the marketing department in analyzing digital leads and preparing related reports. You will be a key support for strategic projects related to customer data and enhance existing tools to boost service performance and data reliability.

The Data Analyst operates under the supervision of the Commercial Director, assisting with analyses related to our client portfolios and associated market segments. You will develop and implement tools, ensuring their application and evolution to meet service demands and project constraints. By leveraging your expertise as a Data Analyst, you will contribute to creating a structured approach to client data and ensure its daily maintenance from a Customer-Centric perspective.
