Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading large development and architecture teams (over 50 collaborators) in a context of transforming On-Premise solutions to Cloud SaaS.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams while fostering a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, .NET, SQL Server, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Enthusiasm for motivating teams and contributing to the companys growth.
Responsabilités
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the engineering team with experienced managerial support.
- Instill a solution-oriented mindset amidst evolving technologies and usage.
- Ensure professional development and training of team members.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance.
- Develop and implement the technology vision and strategy in collaboration with executive members and the team.
- Identify and integrate technologies to advance towards a Cloud-SaaS solution.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Guide architectural choices and technical directions.
- Ensure adoption of best practices in software development.
- Monitor optimization, maintainability, and security of developed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to align technological goals with business needs.
- Effectively communicate plans, progress, and challenges to management and stakeholders.

In this strategic role, you will play a key part in defining and implementing our technological vision, transitioning from a partially On-Premise environment to a full Cloud SaaS model, while ensuring alignment with the organizations goals. Our team thrives in a Microsoft environment, and we are committed to technical excellence and operational efficiency across all projects.
