Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent university degree)
- Fluency in French and English is required
- Proven experience as a Developer, AI Engineer, Data Engineer, ML Engineer, or Agentic AI specialist
- Strong understanding of Asset Management and financial products (e.g., funds, portfolios, risk metrics, performance analysis)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
- Strong programming capabilities in Python and/or another modern language (e.g., Java, Scala, C#, etc.) with production-grade coding standards
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain)
- Experience designing and consuming APIs, and building microservices-based architectures
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), MLOps tooling, and CI/CD pipelines
- Good understanding of data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in financial services
Responsabilités
- Design, implement, and maintain AI/machine learning solutions
- Consume existing APIs and develop robust APIs and microservices supporting business applications
- Work closely with business teams to identify high-value use cases and translate them into technical solutions that deliver measurable impact
- Ensure that solutions respect security, data privacy, compliance requirements and Candriam Standards and Policies
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies (including generative AI) and assess their potential for business adoption
- Actively contribute to Candriams AI Community of Practice and help foster knowledge sharing, best practices, and cross-team collaboration
