Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on high-traffic applications or large datasets.
- Expertise in Java (versions 17 to 25) and Spring Boot 3.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture and API-first design (REST).
- Experience with back-end technologies: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka (consumer/producer with Spring).
- Knowledge of CQRS architecture is preferred.
- Front-end proficiency: Vue.js 3 (Composition API), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, Terraform.
- Strong understanding of observability tools like Datadog is highly desired.
- Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban) with automated CI/CD.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a pedagogical approach.
- Proficient English language skills.
Responsabilités
- Design robust and scalable architectures, ensuring quality, performance, and security of developments by the team.
- Lead code reviews, mentor less experienced developers, and encourage knowledge sharing through BBL sessions and guilds.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine user stories, assess technical complexity, and anticipate technical debt.
- Work with the operations team to drive platform observability and ensure a high availability level (SLA) for our services.
- Stay updated on advancements in AI and spearhead the integration of these innovations within the team.
