Exigences
Obligatoire:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to assist and guide users effectively
- Recognized for pedagogical skills and ability to simplify technical terms
- Methodical, rigorous, and autonomous approach
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
Responsabilités
- Take charge of incidents and requests from users (receiving, identifying, and classifying requests)
- Analyze situations and provide first-level support to resolve or escalate incidents
- Ensure follow-up and reporting of actions taken
- Install and configure workstations for users based in Paris
- Provide weekly phone support (1 day/week) for the group, in coordination with other support colleagues
- Maintain the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

We are part of the IT Service Center at Cristal Union and play a key role in assisting users with their computing tools. Our team consists of 14 colleagues spread across various sites, always ready to support each other. Our manager, José, has over 20 years of experience at Cristal Union and fosters a trusting environment where you can grow. The role is based in Paris at 83 avenue de la Grande Armée, with the possibility of telecommuting one day per week. We offer various benefits including profit-sharing, meal vouchers, and RTT.
