Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with a proven track record in B2C/B2B digital product management.
- Expertise in writing Epics, Features, User Stories, and functional requirements.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and familiarity with agile collaborative tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Strong business knowledge, including understanding of policies and rules; experience in banking, fintech, or digital payment products is a plus.
- Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese are appreciated.
Responsabilités
- Manage your own product backlog and support the Product Manager by decomposing high-level requirements (epics) into User Stories for development within a Sprint.
- Provide detailed processes and documentation for developers and ensure backlog remains a useful tool and not a burden.
- Assist Product Managers in expressing their needs clearly to avoid misunderstandings.
- Formalize user stories in a user-centric manner and conduct deep dives to understand all impacts.
- Understand and formalize business and IT processes into a single deliverable.
- Be responsible for maintaining a stock of user stories that are ready for development (Definition of Ready - DoR).
- Detail all necessary steps for actions to aid feature teams in understanding requirements.
- Continuously refine the backlog and prioritize stories in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Organize stories by splitting epics into user stories while ensuring comprehensive descriptions of solutions.
- Understand technology and architecture, proposing solutions for feature delivery with minimal development.
- Assess the complexity of developments during user story grooming sessions.
- Translate vision into specific deliverables while sharing insights about the impacted business domain and stakeholders.
- Know and challenge the policies and rules guiding business behaviors through critical thinking.
- Understand UX/UI front guidelines.
