Chef de Projet Data Center

- Lead, organize, and plan large-scale Data Center projects (in France and internationally). - Manage profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with operational unit policies and service level agreements for Data Centers. - Supervise and support project teams (project managers, engineers), collaborating with appropriate teams and resources for task and project execution. - Study and structure all phases of projects, adhering to security policies and procedures, and report any security concerns immediately. - Maximize availability of critical environments in collaboration with owners of leased data centers and ensure optimal operational efficiency. - Oversee daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in leased data centers, including reviewing operational procedures and conducting root cause analyses. - Support the implementation of emergency preparedness and response plans for data centers and act as an escalation point for all facility-related issues. - Implement initiatives for energy efficiency and cost reduction. - Provide regular reporting (technical, operational, and financial) to management and ensure financial and contractual management of projects. - Target reduction of critical incidents due to human error year over year. - Coordinate, plan, schedule, and supervise audits and compliance checks as needed. - Ensure regular reporting for effective management and analysis of energy consumption, temperature, relative humidity, and SLA monitoring. - Propose solutions to mitigate maintenance-related risks and collaborate with other teams to optimize scheduling.
