- More than 3 years of experience in development
- Proficient in backend development: Expertise in building robust and scalable back-end solutions.
- Software architecture: Understanding of scalable, maintainable architecture principles.
- Familiarity with advanced architectural patterns such as Domain-driven design (DDD) & hexagonal architecture.
- Strong communication skills: Effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentoring and coaching: Guide and support junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- A positive, pragmatic and professional attitude
- Comfortable in a fast changing work environment, easily adaptable

- Participate in design discussions and implement new features aligned with user and business needs.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor and support backend services.

- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Product Manager to align on scope, feasibility, and delivery timelines.
