- At least 8+ years of experience in a similar role with team management.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory, Okta, and other SaaS identity providers.
- Proficient in privilege access management tools (Azure Bastion, CyberArk, etc.).
- Knowledgeable in PKI and Active Directory management (attributes, GPO, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Effective budget management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to organize and manage technical teams.

Responsabilités
- I will build the services and conceptualize how the services/products should be architected.
- I will lead the onboarding of territory services.
- I will manage escalations, incidents, exceptions, requests, and support.
- I will create and follow the service roadmaps.
- I will define SLAs with stakeholders.
- I will provide reporting.
- I will manage squad members.
- I will collaborate with a third-party partner, ensuring they are managed effectively.

The Head of Identity & Access Management will report to the Group Head of Security Operations and lead multiple global security services. The Identity & Access Management team is responsible for Privileged Access Management, Certificate Management, Directory Management, Mazars Global Identity, and all processes linked to IAM such as Birthright, JML, and Modern Authentication. Group Security Operations focuses on identifying, protecting, detecting, responding, and recovering, and we are committed to building, deploying, and running core global security services.
