Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Masters degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
- PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
- 5 years of experience in project management, with references.
- Experience in software development environments or multidisciplinary projects.
- Exposure to financial audit principles is a strong advantage.
- Strong command of project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent risk & issue management.
- High-level understanding of system architecture and IT constraints.
- Strong communication and leadership.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Curiosity and interest in innovation.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
Responsabilités
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
- Define project scope, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, QA, designers, vendors, business experts).
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.
- Understand software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
