Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Hands-on experience with Intune
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform or similar technologies
- Expertise in deploying and managing IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud environments
- Strong scripting skills for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar)
- Experience with monitoring, diagnostics, and alerting tools
- Understanding of best practices for disaster recovery, security, and high availability in cloud environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with additional public cloud providers (preferred)
- Experience in developing cost-efficient solutions in cloud environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
Responsabilités
- Maintain and develop AVD and Intune profiles in line with business requirements
- Develop and manage cloud infrastructure and configurations as code using tools like Terraform
- Build workload-specific infrastructure environments in Azure with a focus on high availability, disaster recovery, security, and monitoring
- Maintain, monitor, and support platform services and environments to ensure performance and uptime
- Diagnose and resolve complex systems, software, and connectivity issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements
- Automate processes through scripting and infrastructure-as-code practices to improve cost efficiency and operational excellence
- Integrate cloud solutions with other platforms and applications
- Develop alerts, monitoring techniques, and health-check solutions to proactively address potential issues
- Communicate incidents, resolutions, and updates to stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership
- Ensure adherence to processes such as backups, maintenance schedules, and operational standards
