Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proficient with Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- Experienced in SQL, PL/SQL, and familiar with Oracle RDBMS and SQL Server.
- Exposure to Java, C#, and Unix Shell scripting languages.
- Basic understanding of ETL processes and reporting tools like JasperReports.
- Knowledgeable in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure) and virtualization tools (e.g., VMware).
- Familiar with J2EE environments and application servers such as JBOSS.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; fluent in English, with French as a plus; open to travel.
Responsabilités
- Deliver chargeable consulting services focused on the implementation and optimization of Hitachi Energy Enterprise Software solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide technical and business process expertise during the sales cycle.
- Support customers post-implementation through technical analysis and solution enhancement in collaboration with our Global Customer eXperience (CX) team.
- Mentor and guide customers and internal teams on best practices, integration strategies, and solution customization.
- Advise on and implement software solutions tailored to customer business processes.
- Design and develop integration, data migration, and reporting solutions using Hitachi Energy toolsets.
- Perform system installations, database configuration, tuning, and application customization.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance across Hitachi Energy and third-party systems.
- Deliver technical training and documentation to empower customers and internal stakeholders.
