Obligatoire:
- WordPress expertise
- Advanced Excel skills

- Knowledge of IA tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney…)
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma)
- Database management skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Autonomous and proactive
- Ability to engage and train teams
Responsabilités
- Daily management and updates of the WordPress site
- Graphic and structural redesign of the site in consultation with management
- Creation and integration of content (text, visuals, landing pages)
- Management of internal collaborator database
- Development and deployment of digital communication strategies
- Creation of visual materials (print & digital) with a strong design sensibility
- Social media management and content writing without errors
- Monitoring marketing performance (reporting, KPIs, dashboards)
- Administration and optimization of the CRM Monday.com (pipelines, automations, dashboards)
- Identification and implementation of internal process improvements
- Training teams on new tools
- Production of advanced reports on Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Active monitoring of AI tools applicable to marketing, communication, and organization
- Integration of AI tools into existing workflows (content generation, automation, data analysis)
- Proposal of concrete initiatives to enhance efficiency using AI
