Exigences
Obligatoire:
- A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or IT systems electronics technician or relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in end-user support, particularly in Windows environments, experience with iOS devices is an advantage
- A conscientious and flexible working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- A genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a service mindset
- Fluency in English and French (minimum C1), able to support end users in a French-speaking environment
Responsabilités
- Proactive 1st Level Support as the first point of contact for all colleagues across our global offices
- Reliable Client Management, handling client devices, rollouts, updates, and troubleshooting
- Strong Office Infrastructure, maintaining workplace and meeting room infrastructure, including hardware and audio-visual systems
- Hands-On Project Involvement to contribute to change initiatives and optimize our internal IT environment
- Ownership of Key Processes such as managing internal ordering processes and asset tracking
- Empowered by Teamwork, collaborating with a dynamic IT team that values early responsibility and shared growth
