Lead Test (H/F)

As our Lead Test, you will define, implement, and manage the testing strategy to ensure the quality and robustness of our products. Your role will include supervising a team of four testers and playing a crucial part in optimizing processes, selecting tools, and disseminating best testing practices across the company. Your key missions will encompass: - Developing the testing strategy in collaboration with development teams and product managers. - Ensuring optimal test coverage (manual and automated) and maintaining relevance and updates. - Writing or validating test plans and choosing the most suitable tools (integration, performance, interface, regression testing, etc.). - Implementing a continuous improvement process based on feedback and incident analysis. - Overseeing testing activities and anomalies, analyzing test results, tracking anomalies, and proposing solutions to guarantee product quality. - Participating actively in testing alongside the team and monitoring quality indicators while steering their evolution. As a team leader, you will coordinate tester activities, ensure planning, track performance evaluations, and promote best testing practices in an agile or V-cycle context. You will also manage test environments, ensuring the establishment and maintenance of test platforms (environments, data, tools) for availability and performance while evaluating and integrating new tests or tools to optimize test environments in collaboration with DevOps and architects.
