Exigences
Obligatoire:
- 5 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in JAVA is a plus
- Strong technical leadership skills
- Ability to validate technical designs
- Experience in ensuring code quality
- Knowledge of good practices (TDD, MR, etc.)
- Ability to write technical documentation
- Familiarity with technological advancements
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication skills to interface with the Architecture team
- Team development and mentoring skills
Responsabilités
- Animate and technically supervise the work of the team
- Validate technical designs
- Accompany and manage the technical skills of the team
- Ensure code quality of software programs
- Monitor adherence to best practices for quality deliverables
- Write technical documentation
- Conduct ongoing technological watch
- Resolve technical issues encountered by the team
- Act as an interface with the Architecture team
- Participate in architectural work as necessary
- Engage in the lead DEV community guided by the Architecture team
- Maintain a balance between budget and technical complexity
