- Install and configure IT systems and networks to support clients operational activities, ensuring functionality, performance, and security - Contribute to building offers by supporting Technical Sales Engineers (ITC) - Physically install and configure IT equipment such as servers, network switches, routers, firewalls, and access points according to established procedures and standards - Deploy operating systems, application software, and updates, ensuring compatibility and optimal functioning on workstations and servers - Conduct performance, compatibility, and security tests on deployed systems and networks, identifying and resolving any issues - Maintain client infrastructures - Establish and update technical documentation for deployed systems and networks, including architecture diagrams, configurations, installation procedures, and intervention reports - Provide technical assistance to end-users for issues related to deployed systems and networks, diagnosing and resolving incidents within deadlines - Collaborate with other technical teams, project managers, and external vendors to coordinate deployment activities and share relevant information - Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices to propose continuous improvements and optimizations - Handle ad-hoc management tasks (analyzing incidents and problems, identifying preventive and corrective actions) - Ensure that internal company tools are filled out to track activities performed
