Responsabilités
As an Agile Master intern, you will help facilitate one or several squads, assisting the team in implementing Agile practices and methods (such as Scrum, Lean, Kanban) to ensure delivery and efficiency. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and ensuring Agile ceremonies according to the squad's chosen method that best meets its needs;
- Ensuring the squad embodies Agile Values on a daily basis;
- Assisting in overcoming obstacles and resolving problems;
- Engaging with the team and helping to instill a sense of responsibility regarding quality delivery;
- Aiding in the construction and administration of delivery tracking tools and associated KPIs;
- Tracking and transparently communicating the collective KPIs and delivery status within and outside the squad;
- Facilitating coordination between squads and tribes;
- Participating in the Agile Practices Guild.

Our Information Systems Department is seeking a 6-month internship position for an Agile Master in Niort. The Agile Master team responds to the needs of our entire department as well as other experimental initiatives related to agility within the Headquarters.
