Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Bac +5 degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software development
- Mastery of Java programming language
- Previous experience in team coordination
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM
- Knowledge of object-oriented development in Java and C++
- Experience with development tools such as Maven and CMake
- Proficiency in databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Understanding of DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Good level of English for communication in an international environment
Responsabilités
- Identify user needs and propose innovative solutions
- Participate in building the Product Line roadmap
- Lead and coordinate the development teams work through sprint planning and Scrum rituals
- Develop new features and make necessary corrections to existing code
- Ensure technical quality of projects and contribute to departmental best practices (testing, documentation, continuous integration)
- Conduct technology watch and drive team evolution

We are part of the Weapon System direction, responsible for all system engineering activities at MBDA. You will join the Weapon Systems Simulation & Experimentation department, focusing on weapon system simulations, user-centered experiments, and performance evaluation. Our team of around thirty professionals, based in Plessis-Robinson, comprises software developers, systems engineers, and 3D graphic designers.
