Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development and team management

- Experience in a software engineering environment (C++, Java, .Net)

Responsabilités
- Manage and support technical teams in their skills development and organization
- Pilot technical delivery to ensure reliable, regular, and predictable outputs
- Monitor development performance through key indicators (code quality, production stability, velocity, release quality)
- Structure and improve engineering practices (CI/CD, test automation, code review, software excellence)
- Participate in software development
- Contribute to architectural choices and technical standards
- Engage in and contribute to the technical roadmap, prioritizing topics
- Oversee planning and budgets
- Maintain the infrastructure
- Participate in technical governance
