Tech Lead Kubernetes H/F

- Administer, maintain, and evolve Tanzu Kubernetes Grid clusters and associated components - Prepare and execute migration to TKG 2.x integrated with VCF - Ensure resilience and security of Kubernetes environments - Support operational and development teams in enhancing skills on Kubernetes and GitOps - Contribute to defining a common platform for digital applications and critical intermediary components - Integrate and strengthen CI/CD pipelines for integration teams by promoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps - Administer and optimize Amazon EKS clusters - Organize operational transition of currently managed EKS clusters - Provide advanced support for incidents and performance or security issues - Monitor updates and support version upgrades for VCF (vSphere, NSX) - Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK) - Define and manage roles and security policies - Integrate CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD) - Update and validate backup and restoration plans (Velero, MinIO) - Actively contribute to DevSecOps and GitOps culture - Write operational procedures and Kubernetes operation guides - Write and present White Papers to propose improvements
