Responsabilités
- Analyze business needs and propose appropriate technical solutions
- Recommend and qualify technical choices for the solution
- Design and oversee the development of new features
- Ensure ongoing maintenance of the information system
- Guarantee optimal code maintainability using AI agents and tools like SonarCloud and Dependabot
- Apply best development practices and contribute to engineering guidelines
- Contribute to defining and implementing scalable, high-performance backend architectures
- Document technical solutions and architectures
- Contribute to innovation through new technologies and ideas for features and tools
- Actively participate in the Backend Chapter
- Establish and optimize work frameworks and methodologies for increased efficiency
- Balance velocity and quality with effective QA and CI/CD processes
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business teams
- Collaborate with teams across different business verticals in the group
