- Conceive, develop, and maintain primarily the backend and orchestration layers of the credit information system - Serve as a Technical Leader for the team (architecture, design, development practices, etc) - Analyze business needs and propose suitable technical solutions - Advocate for and qualify technical choices of the solution - Design and develop new functionalities - Ensure evolutionary maintenance of the information system - Guarantee optimal code maintainability using AI tools or that such as SonarCloud, Dependabot - Apply best development practices: adhere to engineering guidelines and suggest improvements - Contribute to the definition and implementation of scalable and performant backend architectures - Design new cloud technical architectures and lead the creation of Technical Architecture Documents (DAT) - Document technical solutions and architectures - Contribute to innovation, proposing new technologies, feature ideas, and custom developments - Actively participate in the Backend Chapter - Establish or optimize workflows and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and productivity - Ensure a good balance of velocity/quality with proper QA and CI/CD processes (code reviews, tests, etc) - Ensure the quality and completeness of the teams DAT - Create systems and processes for AI 4 Dev to optimize team velocity - Liaise between technical teams and business teams - Collaborate with various business vertical teams within the group
