Responsabilités
- Manage and support technical teams in skill development and organization
- Drive technical delivery to ensure reliable, regular, and predictable deliveries
- Monitor development performance through key indicators (code quality, production stability, velocity, release quality)
- Structure and improve engineering practices (CI/CD, test automation, code reviews, software excellence)
- Participate in software development
- Contribute to architecture choices and technical standards
- Participate and contribute to the technical roadmap and prioritization of topics
- Monitor schedules and budgets
- Maintain the infrastructure
- Participate in technical governance
