Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum of 15 years experience in video game development
- Prior experience as a Lead Engineer and at least two years in a CTO role
- Strong technical expertise in systems, architectures, tools, and performance optimization
- Ability to communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in building and managing relationships with external partners and technology vendors
- Leadership skills to mentor and motivate technical teams
- Curiosity and drive to explore new technologies and improve best practices
- Open-mindedness and willingness to foster open dialogue
Nice to have:
- Interest in F2P/Live mobile games
- Experience in hybrid work environments
Responsabilités
- Define a three-year, cross-functional technical strategy for game scaling
- Lead the technical innovation strategy and manage associated funding
- Oversee implementation of tools, pipelines, architectures, and infrastructure
- Optimize technical quality of games by managing technological risks
- Manage relationships with technology partners
- Provide leadership and supervision for back-end, front-end, and tools developers
- Develop a strong team of developers to support two games within two years
