- Define and implement functional test strategy: methodology, assessment, and tool selection according to project needs - Execute functional test cases, track test campaigns, and measure progress - Participate in the design and creation of test cases and data - Provide advice on planning and executing functional and acceptance tests - Assist with error analysis, bug correction, defect documentation, and test re-execution - Support the setup and realization of testing reports - Define and coordinate cross-functional test campaigns (planning, tracking, support, estimation) - Identify risks - Design, implement, and develop test automation frameworks (including scripts, simulators, and test data) - Design automated test processes and implement new tools - Ensure technical and functional quality assurance - Assist in error analysis and bug fixing for testing tools - Aid in documentation and correction of software defects - Support automation of reporting processes - Create internal acceptance testing environments similar to production to ensure test availability - Assist in installing and configuring databases, software components, gateways, APIs, and mockups - Advise on data injection and migration strategy - Support new team members and juniors in their integration and development - Participate in Agile planning rituals - Contribute to training programs and materials to improve skill sets within the unit - Collaborate in a hybrid, multi-site European team environment using English
