- Background in Product Implementation, Customer Success, or Consulting, ideally within a fast-scaling B2B SaaS or fintech company. - 3-4 years of experience managing complex client implementations. - Understanding of how to partner with Finance and Procurement leaders, including CFOs and Treasurers. - Experience running end-to-end implementation projects. - Process-minded and data-driven approach with a focus on speed and momentum. - Strong communication skills for managing executive stakeholders and driving internal collaboration. - Ability to thrive in structured chaos, bringing clarity and momentum. - Ambitious and composed under pressure, motivated by impact. - Experience leading enterprise or mid-market SaaS implementations. - Fluency in project management, including planning, tracking, and delivery. - Strong grasp of process mapping and workflow optimisation. - Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration. - Ability to build and improve implementation frameworks, documentation, and playbooks. - Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Notion, and project trackers. - Analytical mindset for turning feedback and data into actionable insights. - Empathetic approach combined with a focus on delivery and outcomes.
