Exigences
Obligatoire:
- At least 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Mastery of Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in a JS Framework (Vue/Nuxt) is a major plus.
- You know how to leverage AI tools (LLMs, Copilots, etc.) and automation to move faster and smarter than the average dev.
- Fluent in French & English (B2/C1). German is a bonus!
- You are energized by an ever-shifting startup environment and love collaborating with diverse stakeholders (Data, Sales, Marketing).
Responsabilités
- Build and refine the infrastructure supporting our internationalization (multi-language, localized user journeys…).
- Design and deploy AI-driven tools and automated workflows to streamline lead acquisition and personalize user experiences at scale.
- Implement and enhance sophisticated visitor tracking systems to turn raw data into actionable growth levers.
- Design and develop robust APIs to ensure seamless data flow between our internal tools and the broader fintech ecosystem.
- Launch needle-moving projects including A/B tests, white-label integrations, predictive lead scoring, and optimized acquisition funnels.
- Maintain and push the limits of our public website and registration funnels for peak conversion across all markets.
