Exigences
Obligatoire:
- About 3-4 years professional experience
- Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce)
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
- Familiarity with job scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys, or Salesforce schedulers)
- Experience with integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce technologies
- Strong technical background, with deep expertise in platform Architecture topics
- Good understanding of tech standards & components for digital technologies & web hosting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to talk with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Collaboration & teamwork, with the ability to work in an agile development environment
- Good industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for the domain/family
- Good leadership skills, with some ability to lead the architecture community
Responsabilités
- Develop and configure Salesforce features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Implement integrations using APIs, middleware, and job scheduling tools
- Maintain data governance, security, and compliance across environments
- Support incident resolution, performance tuning, and continuous improvement
- Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with squads and chapters to deliver high-quality technical components
