IT Solution Owner – P2P & T&E Solutions

- Masters degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - Certifications in Project Management such as PMP, PMI, IPMA, Prince2 and CITPM is a plus - Experience in Agile or Waterfall projects - At least, 3-7 years experience in IT Project Management/Solution Owner. - Experience in Finance implementation projects (build and/or run), ideally in a global environment - Experience with applications integrations from functional specifications to delivery. ERP integration is a plus. - Knowledge and understanding of Finance applications & processes - Business analysis experience to drive excellence through Interface design and specification - Fluency in French & English is required. Knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese is a plus. - Experience with P2P and T&E solutions like Basware, Rydoo, or similar systems. - Strong leadership and IT & data project management skills - Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (JIRA, Service Now, Monday) - Analytical mindset. Excellent reporting and presentation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement. - Motivation to expand knowledge across the full spectrum of Pluxee processes - Autonomous, creative, rigorous, organized, transparent, and team player. - Ability to make decisions quickly and responsibly - Ability to work in an international and challenging environment - Well-organized - Adaptability and flexibility - Customer oriented
