Head of Product

- Define, maintain and drive the long-term product vision and roadmap for ProvenBox together with the management team, to rally everyone, ensure product/market fit and deliver growth - Identify market trends and customer needs in relevant areas including post-quantum crypto, Cloud HSM, secure IoT/Edge, blockchain, confidential computing - Monitor and integrate relevant security and compliance standards (eIDAS, CC, ISO 27001, FIPS) - Work closely with engineering teams to specify, design, and validate product features - Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility - Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and PoCs to deployment and certification - Collaborate with our FAE and sales team to capture field insights and customer requirements - Support key product demonstrations, pilots, RFPs, and strategic go-to-market initiatives - Develop product messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral - Partner with security evaluation labs and certification authorities (e.g., ANSSI, NIST, BSI) to align product features with compliance requirements - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical dossiers for security evaluations (Common Criteria, SESIP, FIPS, etc.)
