Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in on-site assistance or office support.
- Proficient in ITSM tools (e.g., BMC).
- Experience with operating systems: Windows and MacOS.
- Knowledge of Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with networks: TCP/IP, WiFi, etc.
- Experience with PMAD tools: SCCM, Viewer, etc.
- Understanding of smartphones and mobility solutions.
- Ability to track SLA, KPI, and other indicators.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Experience in stock management.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Customer service orientation and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset.
Responsabilités
- Animate and coordinate the community of IT Correspondents.
- Manage the activities of IT Correspondents and ensure operational follow-up.
- Serve as the primary contact for external experts.
- Assist and advise on the selection and use of methods.
- Keep the community informed about changes in methods and procedures.
- Communicate progress on projects and changes in the work environment.
- Modify and maintain service sheets on the internal portal (NEXT).
- Monitor and communicate the equipment policy.
- Ensure communication regarding projects related to the workplace.
- Conduct technological monitoring related to your scope.
- Suggest relevant improvements and developments.

We are looking for an IT Coordinator to join one of our clients in Paris. This role's context involves reinforcing audiovisual and IT operations for a major banking group. You will work in a demanding corporate environment and will be responsible for coordinating, centralizing information, and communicating with the community of IT Correspondents. Your ability to handle high standards of quality, responsiveness, and confidentiality will be key to your success in this role. The position is an interim contract with a remuneration of €33,000 - €36,000 per year.
