Head of Quantum Computing (M/F)

- Work closely with the CSO to establish the roadmap and implement it. - Setting up and coordinating partnerships with third-party companies and research centres under the supervision of our CSO. - Manage a team and recruit future team members as required. - Maintain an active technology watch. - Develop new methods to solve practical and challenging problems in quantum computing applied to chemistry & drug discovery. - Oversee the development of new quantum computing techniques and algorithms for investigating drug discovery processes that show unfavourable scaling on classical computers. - Communicate the results of your research by filing patent applications, publishing peer-reviewed papers, and giving presentations at research conferences. - Represent Qubit Pharmaceuticals at key ecosystem events.
