We are looking for a Project Director, Digital Project Manager, Information Systems Administrator, or CTO with at least 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong skills in AWS, Agile methodologies, communication, management, project management, and digital strategy.
Responsabilités
In this role, I will report directly to the Director of Operations (COO) and work closely with business teams. I will lead an IT department that has grown from 10 to nearly 40 people, covering a complete scope that includes application development, infrastructure, security, user support, QA, DevOps, and the management of strategic projects.
My missions will include:
1. Defining the vision, strategy, and governance for IT.
2. Managing and structuring teams effectively.
3. Ensuring operational reliability and security.
4. Driving development, innovation, and digital transformation.
5. Fostering a culture of change and support.
La description
I am recruiting for a growing company of 200 people that provides multiple online services to SMEs and TPEs located near Chambéry. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week, as well as the opportunity to acquire stock options. An additional annual bonus of approximately €20,000 will complement the fixed salary mentioned. Additional benefits include extra days off and a Swile card.
